Also added to the resources excluded by law are payments received under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, and the resources of any household member who receives SSI, aid to the aged, blind or disabled under title I, X, XIV, or XVI of the Social Security Act, or AFDC benefits provided the resources are also considered exempt under the applicable assistance programs.
